support group that are dedicated to providing FREELY
available computing and network assistance services.

acquaintance, FREE services will still be provided to you

Making a selection related to the computer you are using
will require a very small download, and you will need to
provide an automatically generated secure SSL password
provided by a third party to the Consultant in order for
them to connect to your computer and assist you. For
security, you will have full control at all times to
disconnect any session at any time.
We DO NOT collect or
retain any computing information from any
session.

each Consulting Technician is to direct you towards and
provide FREE computing solutions.
